• If you are arriving when regular doors open, your dedicated Season Ticket Member entrance is the PALA Casino Premium Entrance. 
   
• If you are arriving 30 mins prior to regular doors to enjoy the Season Ticket Member Happy Hour, please enter through the West Entrance by the Plaza, head up the ramp, and then access the Starlight Lounge from there.

All tickets for Clippers games and events at Frontwave Arena are managed exclusively through the AXS App. This is the only method for accessing your tickets and entering the arena, so please ensure you’ve downloaded the app and are logged in using the email associated with your season ticket account. Follow the steps below to access your tickets now!

1. Download the AXS App

2. Click the icon on the top right of the screen to log in using the same email associated with your season ticket membership

3. Click "Tickets" to view

Season Ticket Members can enjoy early access to the Starlight Lounge for the season ticket member happy hour and enjoy discounted drinks starting 30 minutes prior to regular doors opening before each game up until tip-off. Members will need to enter through the West Entrance by the Plaza, head up the ramp, and then access the Starlight Lounge from there.

Your 15% Season Ticket Member merchandise discount will be available to use through your AXS App. Simply log into the AXS app using the same email associated with your Season Ticket Membership to view your discount voucher.

When you’re at the game, show your voucher at the merchandise booth to receive 15% off your purchase.

Season Ticket Members enjoy unlimited ticket swaps throughout the season. To request a swap, please email Acoya Madsen 72 hours prior to each game at acoya.madsen@frontwavearena.com
