We're thrilled to have you join us at Frontwave Arena! Let's go over some important information to ensure you're fully prepared to make the most of your event experience!
Fans are encouraged to check back for the most up-to-date policies and procedures prior to their visit.
Get There Early
Take a walk around Frontwave Arena and check out the premium lounge and patio and large outdoor plaza on the west end of the building. Grab some drinks on the premium patio before your events and enjoy the panoramic sunset views overlooking the lively outdoor plaza. Enjoy pre-event fun with our expansive and vibrant space, which also features a variety of food and beverage offerings.
Approved Bag Policy
Purses and handbags must be made of clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC and not exceed 12”x 6”x12.” Clear plastic storage bags no larger than 1 gallon size are also permitted. Small clutch bags or wallets that do not exceed 4.5”x6.5” with or without a handle or strap will be allowed.
Prohibited items include oversized bags, including backpacks, suitcases, beach bags, laptop bags and camera bags.

- Download the AXS App
- Open the app and click LOG IN. Sign in using your AXS account info.
- Click the TICKETS icon on the bottom toolbar. Click "Ticket Barcode" and show mobile ticket QR code to the usher to scan at the entrance.
Parking at Frontwave Arena
Frontwave Arena features two parking lots; a general and VIP parking lot. Parking passes are required in all parking lots, and parking spaces are available only for guests attending the event. Tailgating ends at the start of the event. Guests will not loiter or tailgate in Frontwave Arena parking areas during or after an event. All Frontwave Arena parking lots will be cleared and cleaned one hour after the conclusion of each event.
Guests are strongly encouraged to reserve parking in advance with to guarantee their event day parking spot. Guests can view available parking lots and pricing through ParkMobile and receive their parking pass in advance of arrival.
Prohibited Items
- Backpacks and large bags (see Bag Policy for more information)
- Weapons, including but not limited to knives, firearms, box cutters, mace, pepper spray, brass knuckles, fireworks, stun guns, etc.
- Food and beverages, including cans, bottles, flasks, coolers, water bottles, Camelbaks (some allowances may apply for sporting or family events; check website for details)
- Chewing gum
- Umbrellas
- Tools and pocketknives (see “Weapons”)
- Laser pens, pointers, flashlights, glow products (including sticks, necklaces, bracelets, eyeglasses, masks, hats, and gloves)
- Noise-making devices: air horns, cowbells, drums, and whistles (some allowances may apply for sporting events; check website for details)
- Costumes (see “General Rules & Policies”); no full face masks
- Signs, flags, banners, posters (unless otherwise posted)
- Wallet chains, studded belts, or bracelets
- Pamphlets or product samples
- Heelys, skateboards, rollerblades, hoverboards, bicycles, helmets
- Chairs
- Balloons
- Permanent markers, spray paint
- Street drugs, illegal substances, prescription medicine (aside from asthma inhalers with matching prescriptions), or other medications unless approved by onsite medical personnel (please request a medical check when approaching the venue entrance)
- Cigars, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vaporizers, vape pens, atomizers, electronic nicotine delivery systems; any item containing chemical fluids (including e-cig fluid)
- Decals and stickers
- Flash photography, professional photographic equipment, detachable lenses, zoom lenses beyond 3”, video and audio recording equipment, GoPros, tripods or monopods, selfie sticks
- iPads/tablets, laptop computers
- Soccer balls, footballs, frisbees, Nerf balls (some allowances may apply for sporting events)
- Two-way radios
